Ingredients:

– 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the frosting:
– 1 cup (200g) powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2-3 drops green food coloring
For the decorations:
– M&M’s or red and green sprinkles
– White chocolate chips or chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare brownies: Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Prepare frosting: Beat powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add green food coloring.
