Ingredients:

For the crust:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
– 1/4 cup ice water

For the filling:

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups mixed tomatoes (fresh or canned)
– 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make the crust: Combine flour and salt, add butter and ice water, and mix until a dough forms. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.
4. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
5. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, and oregano to the skillet and cook until the mixture thickens.
6. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
7. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
