Blackstone Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Make these Blackstone Garlic Butter Steak Bites for a delicious twist on your steak bites recipe. This dish is packed with flavor and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
3 pounds Sirloin Steak cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
6 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the Blackstone grill over high heat, about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Drizzle the oil onto the grill, spreading around with a spatula.
Add the steak to the Blackstone on top of the oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Cook the steak for 2 minutes, not flipping to get them browned.
Then gently toss the steak and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked through and browned.
Adjust heat to medium. On top of the steak, add minced garlic and butter to the grill. Cook for about 30-60 seconds until the butter is melted and the garlic is aromatic.
Remove from grill, topping with parsley, serve warm and enjoy!
RECIPE NOTES:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
This recipe can be easily made using round steak or skirt steak also.
