Ingredients:

– 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
– 1 cup cherries, fresh or frozen
– 1 cup pineapple, crushed
– 1 orange, peeled and chopped
– 1 apple, chopped
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the jam has thickened.
4. Remove the cinnamon stick and let the jam cool.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 months.
