Want a Frosty, but are on the keto diet? This easy Keto Frosty is made in one minute and creamy, delicious, and low-carb, the perfect alternative to Wendy’s famous Frosty with no extra carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2-2.5 cups ice cubes

  • 1 cup heavy cream 250 ml

  • 2/3 cup granular erythritol 130 grams

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 12 grams

  • dash salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place ice cubes in your blender, followed by all the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Serve right away

Notes

  • Ice. The more ice cubes you add, the thicker your Frosty will end up being. Somewhere between 2-2.5 cups of ice cubes seem to be working best for me.
Serving. This recipe is enough for 4 small servings or 2 large servings. You can enjoy it as is, or even top it off with some whipped cream if desired. Serve right away, as the ice will melt and the Frosty will lose its thick texture. If one recipe makes too much for you, simply make half the recipe, so you won’t have any leftovers.
